The conference fees are outlined below.  We are sure most of you will remember if you have paid lifetime membership but if not please email is and we can check for you.

If you wish to purchase a t-shirt these will be available on arrival at conference.

The rooms are single-sex bunk bed dormitories (groups of 4 to 10 people).  These will be allocated on a first come first  served basis or if someone has special needs.  There are shared toilet and shower facilities.

Please note that no children under 18 years old will be able to attend the conference or conference activities.  The organising group took this decision in order to comply with UK law regarding the safeguarding of children and minors.

Travel Insurance: IFYE2025 recommend you make your own arrangements to purchase travel insurance at the time of submitting your registration form.  If you have to cancel your registration, refunds cannot be guaranteed.  The right to charge a 10% administraion fee may be used for cancellations.
